By accessing or using the 7400 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.
These terms apply to all 7400 platform users, including visitors, registered members, and active users. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use this platform. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is true and accurate. 7400 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended. You are responsible for keeping your registered personal information current and accurate at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify 7400 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Our platform will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account use arising from user negligence.
Users are prohibited from using the 7400 platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity under Malaysian law. This includes attempting to hack the system, distributing malware, manipulating games, identity fraud, money laundering, and any activity that could compromise the platform's operations or reputation. Any violation will result in immediate action, including account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Policy
All transactions on the 7400 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Our platform supports commonly used local payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, and approved digital wallets. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of payment confirmation being received.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate. 7400 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment information provided by the user. All successful deposits are final unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the platform's prevailing withdrawal policy. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal can be processed. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to current policy and can be reviewed within your account. 7400 reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal suspected of involving fraudulent activity pending the outcome of an investigation.

7400 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts have been suspended are not permitted to register a new account.
Users may request voluntary account closure through the support section within the platform. Any valid account balance will be returned following identity verification, subject to the terms in effect at the time of the request.
Limitation of Liability
The 7400 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or data loss. To the extent permitted by law, 7400 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our platform.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the 7400 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface designs, software, and game materials — is the exclusive property of 7400 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 7400.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
